In this process we will engage you in a series of meetings during which we interview key members of your organization to better understand what you do, and what your goals are. Along the way we also develop information on your customers and their problems, and how you can better help them to solve those problems. We also dig into your industry and competition to look for additional opportunities, which you may want to act upon. Once we are done with our interview process, we get to work on research to uncover even more data. When we are finished we deliver a document that acts as a digital roadmap to help you avoid pitfalls and provide a plan for success in your digital presence.

Discovery Meeting Overview
This meeting is all about you and your business goals. This high-level, birds-eye view of your operation will help us understand what you need. We will uncover true needs and paint the big picture of what you need to succeed.
We dig deep into your business to find out what makes it tick. We look for opportunities either known to you or new to you, in order to find exactly what it will take to craft the most successful solution possible.
Do you know what your targeted, ideal customer truly is? If you don’t, how can you expect to have a website that will speak to them? An in-depth review is done to understand who your ideal audience members are and how they act online.
With that knowledge we create customer avatars that will help to define everything we can do for you both visually and in content we produce. We will know your audience and now we can more effectively target those people.
Your Industry & Competition
We research and dig to find out not only who your competition is online, but also what they are doing in your online space. We will research your competition and uncover a wealth of valuable information on what they are doing in order to help you stand out from and above them.
Your industry is online. Do you know the common themes that help to drive your industry and audience online and motivate people to take action? We will research your industry and how it behaves on the larger scale online to better refine our roadmap to your success on the web.
So What Do I Get Out of These Discovery Sessions?
When we’re done, we will have created a digital roadmap of all the goals of the project, and a plan for achieving them. You might think of this as though you’re hiring an architect to draw up the plans for a building. In this case the architect is also keeping in mind your marketing goals and the latest tools and techniques for achieving those goals, meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations.
At the end of these consulting sessions, we present you with the plans. We will also present a proposal that includes pricing for us to execute those plans for you. We can then carry out the plan for you, you can hire someone else to do it, or you can decide it’s not right for you – there’s no obligation on your part. We find that this process gives us an unparalleled knowledge of your organization’s needs however, leaving us in a position to provide the best possible execution on the ideas we have uncovered.
How Does Discovery Come Together?
Once we are done with our discovery process, we will compile all the information we have found into a “Digital Roadmap” for success in the digital landscape. This document will provide you with invaluable insight into what you need to do to ensure a healthy and productive online presence. The foggy guess work of what do online and where to spend your time and effort will be lifted. The path will be clear and open for you to reach your success and achieve more than you dreamed with your web presence.

Our Discovery Packages
You would be hiring us on flat rate basis to do this “Discovery” work. There are two options for paid discovery; the Discovery Package where we guide you through the collection of important information about your business or Extended Discovery. Extended Discovery delivers all the same info from Discovery, plus additional in depth market research data about your industry and audience online.
Discovery consists of a series of meetings in which we guide you through a series of questions to help understand you, your business, its goals and its pitfalls. We then combined that information with our own research to craft a roadmap to your success online. We will then present that information to you in our review meeting and help you to determine the next step for your business. Once we are done we will meet with you a final time to review your data.
This path covers everything in the Discovery Package, we also do more in-depth research and data mining into your industry, audience, and competition to provide more hard data to use on your behalf. This extra research will dig into the specifics and uncover even more information to hone your digital success path. We will provide this additional data, as well as a marketing calendar to help you map out your path in the months to come.
Here is the best part: if, in the end, you choose to have us execute the project for you based on our proposed solution, half of the discovery fee will be applied to the balance of the project.
