In late 2009 I met Rick from Delirium while he was shopping in my retail store in St Louis. After speaking with Rick several times I found out that he and his staff designed and built websites. I’ve worked closely with the Delirium team over the past year and a few months ago we launched our new website.

So far I have been really impressed with their work ethic and the dedication to their work. They have made themselves available round the clock to help out with issues and any problems that have come up. In addition, the teams marketing skills have gone above and beyond what I was expecting.

Over the last twelve months we have run into numerous problems with issues like transferring databases, converting 20,000 items into our new system, and layout design problems. Every time there has been an issue Rick gets involved to determine what the problem is and how best to fix it. So far we have yet to run into an issue that can’t be solved.

For months Rick has been trying to convince me that building a customer database to send email blast promotions was the most effective way to market goods. Two months ago I gave him the green light to start compiling the database and sending out emails. So far we have sent four emails that have directly accounted for over $200,000 in revenue. He proved me wrong.

Prior to working with Delirium my company was growing at a 8-10% rate per year and based on new projections I should be able to double that number going forward. Personally, I was nervous at first about building a new website and spending a lot of money but working with Delirium has turned out to be one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
